Scoville Heat is an independent parody and hot-sauce review project dedicated to exploring flavor, heat, and the consequences of misplaced confidence. We are enthusiasts, not medical professionals, and our reviewer's judgment should be trusted with an appropriate dose of skepticism.

Each week we choose one sauce, taste it responsibly (once), and file a report from wherever we ended up. We link to the retailer where you can buy the sauce. Sometimes those links pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you.
